Ive been around these forums long enough to know that there is always one person who goes around screaming at the top of his head "i know something you dont know" and never providing any substance.

And i dont enjoy these forums being clogged up with people taking you at word and talking about it.

If you say anything that is new, then i will change my tune. But you havent. And we both know that your girlfriend at the forum shouldnt know anything about the line up yet.

on top of that, it was believed by just about one and all actually properly involved with the fest that the headliners were all sorted, but if what I've heard is true (which I have no reason to doubt) things have changed very recently ... and so his "100% booked" could well be that old belief before things changed.

Myself, I've had quite a few sources tell me it was all sorted, and those sources are far better than "I know someone who knows someone who knows someone who once sold Melvin a pint of milk".

can't say I'd be too interested but they're definately a band that deserves a headline spot. If they did play there is no reason to complain about it as there would be plenty of other things to do.

what you're missing is that my doubt is with what he's claiming to know, not that what he's saying is necessarily wrong.

But anyhow, if your own belief is based on info that's a week or so old (or older), you might discover that it's out of date.
