Apparently selling well and likely to all be gone before Dec 15th, the date which was originally published as close of early bird sales, so get in quick if you want to save a bit of money.
I wonder how many early birds were put on sale ?

It was a decent amount, that's all I'm going to say
You can torture me I will spill nothing!
We were surprised how quick they went, really thought they would be open for a couple of weeks.

Really glad we got our early birds yesterday - looks like this could be a quick sell out once general tickets go on sale.
So excited about the return to Bradley Farm.
See you all there.

I'm kind of hoping that with last years cancellation a lot of people have decided this year that they want Blissfields to do well, and as it represents such good value have snapped up the tickets early, rather than dithering like last year....several of my friends said to me (after it was cancelled) "Oh I was going to go to that, I just hadn't got round to buying a ticket...."
Maybe this year people realise that if they want their favourite festivals to suceed they need to help out by paying early ? It would be nice to think that was the case anyway !!!
Or maybe it was just good timing as a lot of people get paid at the end of the month...so 1st Dec is an ideal time to put tix on sale...
Whatever the reason I'm glad they sold out quickly, let's hope the whole thing does the same and Blissfields bucks the economic slowdown !

A very appropriate confidence booster IMO.

Another trip to London for you then Darren? Perhaps it will sow seeds & we'll see you at the main event - remember, there are no post-Glastonbury blues if you have Blissfields to look forward to the following weekend

I'm definitely at the 13th, am lined up for taking photos at it. We should get a little group together.
Keep forgetting you're the marrying-in-2009 kind. Should check the Glasto campsite thread more.....

Indeed they are! Including a rare appearance in their "home" city of Southampton.
No need to go trawling around myspace TSU I sent out all the info on the party nights at the beginning of the week, aren't you on the mailing list?

'Bloody Awful Poetry'DJs - do they play Smiths tracks perchance???

Both of these nights are going to be pretty special and well worth attending.
Southampton will be a rather raucous smaller affair with some pretty damn super music. I myself have a fun-filled set of music prepared that'll probably appall Magic 42
Just kidding big man but Balearic Discotoca will sum it up and I have some gems from summers of love past as well as future grooves. Our live music is top-flippin-notch and the DJs are darn ticky too for this night, no doubt. If you're a South Coaster or happen to be in the South for any reason, come check it
The London gig promises to be rather exciting too with a surprise act that'll please many a fan of new music and the location's pretty good too and you can pop and have a curry after partying with us. That's what I'm planning anyway. Why have champagne to celebrate when you can get a super Balti down the road?
Basically, Blissfields 2009 will be off with a bang and the summer action we have planned is going to be the best yet!
