they bassically saay they are promising to buy you one when they come on sale, its a silly risky thing to do, if tehre was some way to get 2009 tickets dont you think we would all be doing it!!!

He has your money. There's nothing to stop him 1) not sending you any tickets, 2) not buying any tickets to send you or 3) laughing his face off at your naivety.
