Just like to say a big thankyou to the orange fluoro jackets in campervans who did a fantastic job in impossible conditions. Will be back next year for more great service and help in campervans. Also just to let everybody know that the site actually cleared quicker than last year so lets stop moaning and enjot it eh? Anybody else have a positive experience in campervans?!

We were in the campervan bit and had a great time as well , stewards were great too
giving them a cup of coffee in the morning works wonders , the only down part was
Sunday night when people were going home (or trying too) sat in a traffic jam blowing
their horns just what did they think would happen , all the cars in front of them magically disappere

haha, we were giving them tea too, sounds like they had lots of refreshment breaks!
we usually leave the campervan site at about 6am on sunday morning, but the traffic appeared to be worse at this time - there was a que of about 2 hours for the tractor apparently, we watched the traffic jams, then when it eased departed the site in about 5 minutes at about 1.30pm, even including the tractor towing us up the field!  Actually well organised.

How many people did u have in your camper van, I hear they only allow 4 people per van,6 of us are going down this year so do we have to buy another pitch so we can all stay together?

Hi there

If there are 6 of you in the same campervan you will need to purchase two campervan tickets as they will only allow 4 people per ticket.
