Cute and unusual 2 bedroom holiday home with beautiful, very sunny, lush, mature garden (south facing), deck area with outdoor furniture, and a very large conservatory with grape vine and kiwi plants. There is a private, gated driveway for off road parking.

The flat is available from 12th to the 15th of June, and has one double bedroom, one twin, one double sofa bed and one (double) futon. The lounge has Sky TV and a large kitchen area with dining table. The property is also fitted with broadband and landline telephone (local/free calls).

The apartment is situated in Ventor, on the south coast of the Isle of Wight, and is located in the town centre. 3 minute walk to the local supermarket, pubs and resturants, 5 minute walk to the beach. Buses to Ryde (for Portsmouth ferries) and Newport (festival) are within 1 and 3 minute walks respectively. Buses run 24 hrs.

If you bring your friends, you could have a decent place to stay for less than £85 per person for the entire event. No mud, no tents, right by the beach. Why rough it? It's a nice place
