  1. Piggie Smalls is gone now I think, I am sure I read - on here or Twitter - they'd sold the van. My mate absolutely loved them, he must have gone there at least 6 times last Glastonbury!
  2. Puzzle, you say... On a serious note, I'd more than likely watch Funeral for a Friend too! I can't wait for the heavily eFest attended 3am Miserably Dressed set.
  3. I've got a SilentNight sleeping pod that is brilliant, I'm an advocate of pods! πŸ˜‚
  4. They're kebabs look immense!
  5. Thank you, I've been waiting for someone to reassure me! πŸ˜‚ I was looking at the pop up ones but wanted a bigger porch (I think). My other tent is a huge 6 man, 2 metre tall job!
  6. My one reservation is that I love having a camp bed, and bar the 4 man+ tents, I don't know if the clearance is there to have it? I don't want to get the 4 man one, purely as I'm not carrying my own tent in and there is only me in it! I'm used to having bigger tents though, but usually sharing! I was/am strongly considering the one below, but my nearest decathlon have none up and I'd be chancing it (for reference my camp bed is only 20cm high). https://www.decathlon.co.uk/p/3-person-blackout-poled-tent-mh100xl-fresh-black/_/R-p-331796 I'm waiting on the Brothers Cider tent first too, to see what it's like.
  7. Alternatively, you could say he is a great act to headline the first night of the 'new improved' Silver Hayes. I think he is still Friday night?
  8. Maybe it's just an emergency exit? Where @dotdash79's photo has a 'no exit' sign.
  9. I'm pretty sure there were some form of steps, but I'm going off a hazy memory! I think they were opposite the little stage the pier had facing it.
  10. My wife doesn't really like big crowds and isn't a huge fan of camping, especially not at festivals. We have completely different taste in music too. Glastonbury is very much my escape from to the daily life/routine, and she has a separate weekend away too.
  11. Sadly, no Thursday (or any other) night party with Rhythm of the 90s this year. πŸ˜₯
  12. I think if I didn't have eFests to browse and @crazyfool1 to talk to, I'd have been a gibbering wreck for the last few years! My mates like the whole build up, but only one is going this year, and this is a recent thing so his excitement is starting to build. We have had to take all the Glastonbury based chat out of my other friends way. My wife actually asked me last week if there was a conversation I couldn't link to Glastonbury. πŸ˜‚ A festival of any sort would be her idea of hell! We are very different people!
  13. Can't say I recognise any names on there... I hope the Shout Along Choir are/is as fun as it sounds... πŸ˜‚
  14. A boss summery beer that. πŸ‘Œ
  15. Have you won anything on the Brothers competition?
  16. It's like a scene from Sleepy Hollow!
  17. Nothing has been announced as of yet but if I was betting I'd go with 'Chain Reaction'.
  18. Glad to hear it mate. πŸ‘ You know where I am if you ever need to talk anything out.
  19. Hope you're okay mate. Take care. πŸ‘ 1. Wet Leg 2. Bob Vylan 3. Fontaines DC Easily the strongest month of the year so far for me.
  20. When I was a child, vienetta was the height of fine dining. On another note, the former "model" whose hand "famously" cracked the ice cream delight on the advert used to live a few doors from me. She even referred to herself as the "hand of Vienetta".
  21. I now have to pencil in 'Miserably Dressed' on the off chance. πŸ˜‚
  22. I really didn't want to across like that either! πŸ˜‚ I am still surprised they're not of Leftfield as well.
  23. Not to confuse things: Bob Vylan is the band name, the band are Bobby Vylan and Bobb13 Vylan. New (independent) album came out last week too:
