  2. My old skool crew know where it's at 😆😆😆
  3. I think we'll get there eventually, even if it needs vaccine passports to be part of society to do it.

  5. I quite like these blasts from the past popping up.
  6. Any chance we can keep on top of the bolding/unbolding with this massive list?
  7. Makes you wonder if we're actually ever going to hit 90% of adults. At 0.06% a day and dropping, it's going to take quite a while. Hopefully we'll hit it before September. EDIT: Although this will improve things, cutting that transmission down again, even if it doesn't technically affect the "adults" stat: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-58091693

And I still haven't forgiven him for headlining above Dizzee Rascal who played his first number one that topped the charts something like the next day.
  9. Do you have a ticket? I don't blame you for being worried the speed the Australian vaccinations are going.
  10. It's a very, very long time since I've been involved in one of these discussions, I think I stopped in Feb last year.
  11. Rishi Sunak is about 3 foot tall, so...
  12. I know you've been at it a while, but it feels fucking weird to be talking about headliners, you know, as if there's actually going to be another festival at some point.
  13. I'd be very surprised if 2017 is the last time, although I do expect them to be less frequent.
  14. Yeah, they're not going to turn down the only viable touring Beatle and Reg's swansong unless some other superstar is banging on the door. We don't know if they do have those offers though, do we?
  15. My 8 year old daughter gleefully calls her "Queen Butt"
  16. Agreed. The 2009 comparison is a good one. Although they do try to programme a balanced bill of headliners, ultimately they had Springsteen and Neil Young playing the same year, because that was the year they were able to book those artists. Sure, in an ideal world they would have spread them out, but artists at that level don't just wait around for Glastonbury to book them at their leisure, especially when they're doing things like retiring from live music forever.
  17. It certainly sounded pretty shit in 2004 with the cheap keyboard sounds.
  18. You didn't though, you voted The Prodigy ?? (+2) LCD Soundsystem ?? (-8)
  19. It's not. @mcshedvoted -10, without noting the vote. Then @mattiloy voted another -10, which killed Prodigy, not taking the score to 15.
  20. You might have been able to save them too!
