  1. due to the conditions last year, so away from our usual spot, we ended up next to him in CVE17, started off very politiciany, "hello im Clive, Nice to meet you" firm handshake, no swearing, but after the brexit vote, he was very sweary and normal seeming, he was very nice, and seemed genuinely down to earth, now everyone i guess is more relaxed on holiday, but he was in contact with HQ, and was relaying all the backstabbing that was going on, directly after the vote, some colleague had asked him, if he wanted him to do an interview, but clive said he would phone the news organization, and speak to them, 1/2 an hour later, the Telegraph ot something had, partying hard MP not returning from Glastonbury as party descends into Chaos. anyway, we then had campfire discussions, about what labour could do in Scotland etc, and why we voted the way we did, and the pros and cons of various things I really enjoyed the randomness of it, and his friends were ace with our wee one, giving her loads of glitter makeup etc, and making us a brew at night, Then i think he got made into Shadow defence secretary, while he was at Glasto
  2. It was very time consuming to organise, not just at festival. But looking back It was well worth it. Not just for the money raised but for the friendships I now have with people off the back of it. I wouldn't trade that for anything. But I don't miss the being bedded by 8pm because I was knackered, in the weds
  3. we took our Daughter for her for her first when she was 8 months, in 2014, it was challenging, but the national childcare trust (NCT) tent in the kidz field and the wee one, behind the accoustic, is a god send. i wouldnt change taking her, she has been to every Glastonbury since, and now she asks when we are going back, of this im very proud there was (and still is) challenges when you are there, but i always remeber a dad telling me one time in the NCT tent, when i was saying to him, she just doesnt stop crying, he says take a look at your watch, and ill bet its 4 hours since she last cried (eg feed time) and he was right, once that sunk in, and i got my head around, our festival would be different, it was fine. thats one of the main things, know, but really know, your festival will be different, you will be fine that and get a good sling to carry child, we got a TULA, and also for the other years, we have now got one of those trike buggy things, which is awsome,

  15. Wine talk about to commence - if the stones are there, my pout will be full on and my strut in my 1/2m area will be fully committed, bring it on. As scary as it is for anyone that knows me, and can imagine the above happening, it will.
