  1. Avalon Stage or the stage in the cafe?
  2. Bloody hell. Glasgow presale GA were £70 each. Seen worse in this day and age
  3. TBH Friday last year was looking bleak as f**k until the Saw Doctors got announced for the Acoustic Stage.
  4. Plus I get its not exciting per se, but Jessie Ware is still guaranteed good time.
  5. Like them or not, Coldplay are still an international class booking with the spectacle to match. Kasabian, on the other hand.....
  6. Sunday 2014 was worse......with Disclosure showing up both times.
  7. Pulp were a last minute stand in for the Stone Roses. They were put there just a few days beforehand.
  8. Not sure either - he definitely does it live though.
  9. Didn't that happen last year?
  10. Some of his better tracks didn't make the album e.g. Like The Old Days and
  11. He's not been doing big shows that long. This time last year he was still pretty much doing the pubs. Hopefully he'll know that to take the next big step up he'll need to work on his live set-up
  12. Which act do you fel has been 'pushed in'?
  13. The headliners all deserve to be up there, to a greater or lesser extent. Its the other bookings that really tank it - Gossip, London Grammar, James Blake, Disclosure, Sleaford Mods. Combined with a lack of other eye-catching names (Stevie Nicks, Pulp, Chaka Khan, Prodigy, etc)
  14. Wiki's wrong. Pulp headlined the main stage (albeit not the Pyramid, which hadn't returned by that point) https://www.vam.ac.uk/performing-glastonbury/1998/
  15. Babies is probably their best tune, even if after all these years still haven't figured out the plot or how you can possibly hide in someone else's wardrobe.
  16. Not if you were around at the time, but definitely heard it said by younger users that they've got Common People in their quiver and that's it.
  17. Before they launched this round of comeback I'd have said yes, particularly due to their history with the festival. Now, seeing the level of other shows they're doing and the persistent view that they're something of a one hit wonder, no.
  18. George Egg and Craig Charles have both just self-confirmed Latter on Truth Stage Friday afternoon as per.
  19. Listening to Coldplay's tour setlist and its hella frontloaded.

    SZA

With their songs like U16 Girls

    SZA

In Kill Bill SZA is clearly fantasising about committing some sort of crime, but ultimately the lyrics are self-critical and are more about her inability to move on from a previous love than they are an exhortation for violence. However, in Bohemian Rhapsody Freddie Mercury confesses to murder, even going so far as to outline the approach and the weapon he used. In a just society he should have done time and never have been free to potentially kill again.

    2025 Headliners

Based on what's happening with his O2 run I don't think we can continue to leave Usher off the list of possible future headliners.
