  1. That may have been me. Had a hell of a time trying to sort my lost ticket last year after it was delivered to my neighbour (who kindly delivered it to me, opened, week after glasto). Like others had said OP, get written confirmation from Royal Mail saying it’s lost. SeeTickets won’t accept anything less. And if you could do it all last week, that would help. SeeTickets took best part of 2 weeks to reply to me. Good luck OP!
  2. I finally received an answer from SeeTickets this morning saying I can collect my ticket from the box office on site. It took 20 days in total to get it all sorted. Royal Mails investigation took 15 days. Royal Mail shouldn’t be signing since May 1st.. but that’s irrelevant because the service used requires an answered door anyway.
  3. The postie wasn’t allowed to. If they are saying that, they’re lying. The service requires an answered door also. https://www.royalmail.com/non-contract-terms-and-conditions
  4. Like you just said. Why have they left it until 2/3 weeks before the event? It seem ludicrous. The Royal Mail investigation took 15 days. Why not send out tickets 2 months prior to give time for these things to be fixed.
  5. A bit of luck so far. I have a confession from Royal Mail that they lost my ticket. I’ve email it to SeeTickets on Wednesday morning. I’m waiting for a reply. hopefully that will be the end of it. With any luck the reply will just say.. collect from box office. Trying very hard not to get my hopes up though.
  6. Mine was sent Secure Delivery by 1pm. Signatures have been required since May 1st. If the door isn’t answered, the Mail needs to go back to depot.
  7. SeeTickets will just pawn you you off to Royal Mail first anyway. The only correspondence I’ve had with SeeTickets so far is ‘talk to royal Mail’. Glastonbury is even worse. They don’t help in the slightest. Not interested at all.
  8. So I now have proof that I’ve purchased a ticket and I have proof that Royal Mail lost that ticket. I have emailed SeeTickets on Wednesday morning. No reply yet. Does anyone know of anyone being in this position and being able to get a ticket/entry via the box office using this evidence?
  9. Red carding is absolutely the correct procedure and this is where I’ve got them I think. This thread is about me. I’m gonna update once I’ve read through everything.
