Agree with above comments. Extra complication as I wonder if some bands request the early Mordor slot if they have to play a daytime show somewhere in Europe the next day.
-
I'd say it's not really possible to make an educated guess as to who will be on Mordor early,. Just too many possible candidates.
-
. I would be astonished if Beth Gibbons isn't on much later and clashing with one of those names. I know they won't but if only they could put her on in Auditori and early on, it would have been perfect.
-
Hoping they add Anna Calvi as a late bonus. She is in Europe touring at same time.
-
No idea if legit

It's dead isn't it now? Or at least dead the possibility of having it in Malaga region.
-
They really missed a chance to get Pulp to open with Razzmatazz in Razzmatazz on the Weds, instead of the National gig.
-
I see Blur and Pulp as extremely similar in terms of same era, same feelings of nostalgia evoked and same number of anthemic songs.
-
A bit ambitious I’d say. What day for the announcement is likely?
-
Another vote for not being bothered by LDR. Kinda looking forward to going to the small stages that day and discovering some up and coming stuff.
-
Sorry, I meant who is already down as playing. Who has a new album from the current lineup due soon?
-
Which acts have albums out between now and August?
-
Whatever the old Adidas stage is now called material I think.
-
Some cancellations and replacements next week I reckon.
-
Beth Gibbons won't be at Mordor. Amazon feels most likely to me.
-
Yep, only 40 days to go after all.
-
Tick tock. They can't wait until May to announce an August festival...
-
Looking forward to the new one from Timetable

Won't be anywhere near as bad as you fear - tickets aren't available to day ticket holders - lot of tourists don't arrive til Thurs or later on the Weds night - some locals will still be working at that early time/Spanish tend to prefer to go out later - The National have played a million times and are playing 2 days later - Lots of people are disorganised/don't care enough and won't access the tickets when they go on sale - Some will want to see Phoenix and is a bit of a pain to see both Just some of the reasons...
-
Menomena are now playing a show in August so hopefully back next year.
-
2nd batch of names was on 22 March last year. C’mon guys!
-
In a taxi is 10 mins max!
-
Wednesday times are up for the free day. TFS are on surprisingly early (though still clashing with the National)
-
No, you can only cancel the day before and get refunded. The fairest thing to do I think is to decide now and only get tickets to shows you are confident you will attend.
