  1. Aside from also changing the VIP view to the Binance stage, it's going to be harder to enter the Ciutat as VIPs as every ticket that's not a one-weekend regular is going to get the priority, so it's value has downgraded. In fact, last year they actually said that one-weekend VIPs won't get the priority while a double-weekend regular will get it. People got angry, so at least that's changed - but the whole point of having a VIP to me is making it to more concerts with a decent spot (which I consider the front rows). Me and my friends would've never bought a 5th consecutive VIP (+upgrade to double) had we knew about those changes in advance.
  2. Also some changes on the Tuesday (Noga Erez now plays after Los Bitchos) and on the Wednesday Interpol and Chet Faker start a bit later
  3. I'd buy a seperate ticket to the 2nd Thursday Bits area (the 19:00-5:30 Dice lineup +Gizz and Charli XCX at the Tous), but don't think I'll bother going there with no bridge. Even at the end of the night we've got Bicep and 2manydjs at Cupra, no reason to go any further
  4. An extra email? As a 2019 VIP ticket-holder I actually don't get any mails from them, although I mailed them about it (got no response). I only read the mails you guys are posting 😂 So much for a lack of communication...
  5. I would change my ticket had I known about the changes, and I believe the ticket value went down compared to previous editions in Mordor, Ciutat and also at the Primavera/Crypto stage. I've been easy on PS for years but their lack of communication is inexcusable, they deserve the bash and we deserve better (both regular and VIP ticket holders).
  6. Except that the VIP section's angle only got worse. 2019: 2022: VIP's just not worth it anymore in Primavera, I wish we would've known this a while ago.
  7. Well, on an actual live stage at the bits called Bacardi LIVE, mind you 😉
  8. A heavily-flavored electronic stage, that's 99.9% not a spot for Bradford Cox. Ditto for the Boiler Room stage (unless they go for DJ sets by the festival's favorite musicians)
  9. Probably a surprise (if at all) at this point, as there's no Hidden Stage on the map (let alone other live stages with unannounced lineups)
  10. I'm a party guy who just wanted to make it to more concerts with a good spot, where I'm allowed to party. From the back it's gonna be strange, and I'm worried that I won't make it inside as the area seems too small at this point.
  11. With the AccessTicket logos on the map and the text "AccessTicket payment", it seems that they are going cashless using the app. Sounds awful, if I may. I'd be fine with the wristbands.
  12. Only VIP ticket holders used to get a priority for Ciutat indoor shows (in the form of a different queue at the entrance). Now one-weekend VIP ticket holders don't have any priority, but two-weekenders (both regular and VIP) do get it. It appears that the value is constantly dwindling.
  13. 250 back in June 2019, think I shelled an extra 425 for the W2 VIP upgrade. Ended up pretty expensive and I'm not certain about the return, which makes for a pretty bad outlook.
  14. I just bashed them on Twitter. Won't buy a VIP ticket for next year. Getting tired of this BS, not the kind of communication I expected after holding a VIP ticket for 3 straight years (and upgrading to a 2-weekender VIP for an extra 425 euros). I wasn't too angry about the change in VIP preferential in the Ciutat, but they really f'd it up this time.
  15. They actually played it 2 days ago, and I'm pretty sure their festival set might look a bit different
  16. Wet Leg have just released their album last month, which is also featured on all the big indie (and some rock) playlists. They gather a ton of monthly listeners (in some cases might be even 70%+ of their total) off passive listening from those playlists. While they get a higher exposure, it doesn't give us any strong indications that people will actively choose them over acts with less monthly listeners (Fontaines are playing Mordor with about half the amount of monthly listeners)
  17. Monthly listeners really mean nothing on that context. Nina Kraviz was dropped from 3 festivals around Primavera Sound time because of her stance on Putin, so it might have something to do with the unpublished set times for Brunch on the Beach. We might expect her to drop out this week.
  18. Found Myd's livestream from last October (an unlisted link). such a perfect fit for the sunrise slot, Gonna be a blast.
  19. Still can't find them, they did mention they will perform at LAUT on the 7th (which probably means the last gig)
  20. otoboke beaver, Myd (live) are unmissable for me - even though it's pretty late
  21. Oh, no idea why I was reading it from automatic Google Translate or something. That actually makes more sense, thanks. So in addition to upcoming the Boiler Room stage lineup we're getting 3 small stages which could hold an international surprise, as it's going to be really low-profile after the timetables were published (also pretty close to the area we could enter with a token back in 2017)
  22. Boiler Room lineup in the upcoming days Minimusica will host 48 family-friendly gigs Night Pro is going to be the showcase stage
  23. Hopefully it works! Weekend 1: Weekend 2:
  24. Thanks! I had to refresh for her to show up.
  25. Oh I'm so down for this, wow. Did anyone find Stella Donnelly? Isn't that a viable entrance?
