I think it would be safe to assume that The Murlocs will be playing the Sunday as well considering they share two members with King Gizz (also meaning they won’t clash as somebody in this thread mentioned).

King Gizzard confirmed for Sunday the 3rd- caught them in Amsterdam on Friday- brain fry-ingly good as usual. Bit gutted they are doing Sunday and not Saturday but it’s gonna be fun either way!

Hopefully that means king gizz Saturday and FI Sunday 🤞🏻

Melbournes music scene especially is much better than anything going on in the UK at the moment IMO. Sunfruits are playing Manchester psych fest the same weekend, they’d be a good addition.

Finding lots to like on the bill. BIG|Brave, Divide and Dissolve, The Courettes to name a few. Familiar with the stuff high up but any more recommendations in the psych/garage/doom category would be awesome! The likes of BJM (who have already been mentioned as playing Manchester Psych fest the same weekend), Osees, Black Angels and Goat are all touring at the moment or have tours that end before June. A well established name like one of these would really sell this to me and hoping we get at least one of them when their tours end in the next announcement. Still tempted to part with the cash as it stands though

How long does it usually take for tickets to sell out for this?

First timer tempted by the line up this year! When do we usually get another announcement? Definitely agree a couple more established names are needed but it’s a promising start. Also any tips are massively welcome

Had missed that! That sucks, had a ticket for Fuzz in Birmingham that got cancelled and now he’s pulled out of this. Been trying to see him in some capacity for years now, not meant to be! other than that some pretty cool names have been dropped on

Not familiar with the headliner but some nice additions on there, shaping up to be a fun one. To anybody that has been before is there anybody on at the same time as the headliner?

Could we see Tame Impala crop up at this? If they headlined with a decent undercard I’d be tempted for a ticket.

No instant sell outs by the looks and still joint tickets available for Brixton. Thought they would go in a flash. Bagged a ticket for the Amsterdam date going to make a weekend of it. I also saw on one of their insta stories that they would be announcing more euro dates. Thought they could headline Wide Awake but might be a bit soon for them to return to London?

Yeah I think one of osees drummers made a bit of a snidey dig at them on Twitter a few years ago but then clarified that they were friends. Gizz aren’t shy about their influences and have cited osees in the past I’m sure. To see them both on the same bill would be awesome!

Could totally see king gizz headlining this going by the undercard. They’re well overdue some UK dates, haven’t played here since the pandemic. Saw plenty of t shirts on the day they were supposed to play APE- sure fire ticket seller. Either way the undercard is worth it for the price at the moment, I paid £30 to see osees earlier in the year, add in ty and APTBS it’s a no brainier, going to be a fun day for sure!!!!

Currently got tickets for The National day mainly to see King Gizzard as it looks like its going to be their only UK date this year. Super keen for Kurt Vile and pleased to see Parcels added too. If anybody can point me in the right direction with The National I'd really appreciate it. Tried so many times to get into them but they've just never clicked for me. Also the last time I went to APE was to The Strokes a few years back and just want to know what has changed? That was an awesome day, 2/3 stages as I recall and then the Jaegerhaus that hosted acts too. Is this still the case? Also does everything else finish when the headliner is on or are there alternatives? Cheers guys
