They should release a lineup poster and just have TBC all over it in place of act names. Our heads would explode.

I would absolutely love to spend a day at the office and see the level of organisation in creating these as well as the discussions about placements etc. Would be amazing. Hopefully one year we get a documentary on it.

Definitely think we get nothing until the poster now but do think that'll mean we get the poster earlier than normal. Guessed 22nd Feb (based of absolutely nothing) the other day and I'm sticking to it.

Dua Lipa, Coldplay and Stevie Wonder would be a huge set of headliners for the festival, if true. Personal tastes aside, Dua Lipa continues to get bigger and bigger. Coldplay* are selling out stadium tours, having to add extra dates in a lot of instances. Stevie Wonder is an absolute musical icon. The festival have nailed it if these are the 3. *I do take the point about them headlining before. But even if they were an “easy” option I can’t think of many festivals in the world that can use a band as big as Coldplay as the easy option.

Having said that I'm dreading playing them on the weekend as always.

Even by their recent standards United should be getting out of that group. What is going on there. The managers can't all be bad but at the same time they've been backed in the transfer market with the players they've wanted. It almost seems like the players and fans go into games now expecting to be beaten.

I have thankfully still got the full Elton set on my Sky box. It's been getting a weekly watch since I knew I had 2024 tickets. Still wondering when he'll release the extended edition where he adds Can You Feel The Love Tonight to the end of the set.

Regardless of peoples musical tastes I think it would be difficult to argue that isn't an incredibly strong trio of headliner. A new, big female headliner. One of the biggest bands in the world. And possibly the biggest solo female act of all time? Incredible. I think it's very, very unlikely. Only one I can think of for the future is maybe Fred Again. But I can't see it personally.

Agree with this. I think Madonna will be early/mid March with the poster a few weeks later. Will almost certainly get her own announcement though.

Yeah, good point. I jumped conclusions and just assumed that if Rabbit Hole was going the entire place would be, including the tunnels and Funkingham Palace. I guess we’ll have to wait and see. Hopefully at least some of it remains though.

Surprised by the rumours of Rabbit Hole going. Only got in for the first time this year so timed that well it seems. Not even heard of Sea King so very intrigued by that if it’s replacing Arcadia. As much as I love SE Corner I think that’s probably due a bit of a mix up now. What that is I don’t know but could definitely do with a shake up.
