  1. Chester Bennington

The band that started it all for me. Was 9 when I begged my parents to buy me Hybrid Theory. Blew my mind and is still one of my favourite records. Meteora too. Their eclectic sound introduced me to many different styles of music at that age so I owe them a lot. RIP Chester.
  2. quechua Fresh and black tents

2nd year I've used mine! Love it. So worth the extra dollar to escape the heat and to get a few extra hours sleep!
  3. Overheard funnies

All of the customer's that said that were English! If I remember correctly they were all of the Posh variety too. As far as i'm aware I don't even sound that Welsh too!
  4. Overheard funnies

Must be true. Used to work in a call centre and during that time at least three customers said they couldn't understand my Indian accent and would like to speak to someone English.
  5. The XX

My surprise package of the weekend, always listened and enjoyed their records when they've come out but never been bothered about seeing them live. Thought they were brilliant and it was the perfect slot for them.
  6. Your Glastonbury Song 2017

Foo Fighters - Best of you ...Was never really my favourite Foos song at all but whenever I hear the 'Woaah ohhhhh' bit it will always take me back to Glastonbury from now on!
  7. Top 5 Acts

1.Foo Fighters 2. Radiohead 3.The National 4. Ho99o9 5. Kiefer Sutherland Honorable mentions : Declan Mckenna, The XX, Bootleg Beatles (the Saturday morning performance), Lissie, Napalm Death, Lemon Twigs, Biffy Clyro. This is the first year where everyone I saw was excellent! Perfect weekend.
  8. 2017 - How was it for you?

Not only my favourite Glastonbury but the best Festival I've ever been to. Had a perfect weekend. Usually ready to go home on the Sunday but I was truly gutted leaving this morning. Had a good few days left in me
  9. The Future of Metal At The Festival

Hope it continues in 2019. Now that Napalm Death have played it should open the doors for a lot of bands. Thought Napalm Death went down a storm, was expecting a lot of the crowd to clear out as soon as they turned up but a lot stayed and gave them a great reception. Really enjoyed Ho99o9 later on too, saw them supporting Dillinger escape plan in January so knew what to expect but they blew it out of the water again! Only negative thought was that the stage set up was well awkward in the earache express!
  10. This time in one week I'll be...

Packing! Probably put the Julien Temple Glastonbury documentary on again at some point!
  11. 5! Then off until the 3rd July! On the home straight now.
  12. The National

High Violet is probably their most accessible for beginners and it's a great album. Boxer is their best though!
  13. Foo Fighters

Their best new song for years! Great stuff
