I’m not defending them, but it has gone up by £5 from what I paid in June. They aren’t saying there is a special early booking discount at the moment so £5 seems very good considering inflation.

I paid £290 including booking fee in June.

Yes. Fairy lights are obligatory. 🙂

That’s from the “Banned items” section, so that implies it must be less than 2.7kg. This says gas canisters for gas stoves must be less than 250g. https://www.latitudefestival.com/information-category/the-essentials/ Either way, you can’t take a 10kg one in.

I wouldn’t recommend wheelie suitcases on that terrain, loose gravel, long grass in some places, uneven surfaces. There are trollies for hire, but they are not cheap (not hired one myself but I seem to remember they were around £25, and I think only for that day).
  6. Have you tried using Eventim rather than Ticketmaster? It seems to allow you to only select an accompanied teen ticket, although it states they must be purchased with an adult ticket. Make sure you choose either family camping or normal camping obviously. No idea if this will work.
  7. The time on the ticket says 6pm on Wednesday but I understand they let you in before that. Any idea about what time people are normally let in for early entry? cheers
  8. I don’t think it was quite as busy, especially remembering how busy Saturday was last year. Queues about the same for toilets and showers though and family camping about the same. Maybe the number of day tickets was less this year?
  9. So 2015 all over again.
  10. The map is much improved today. Click on the stars and it shows who is playing that stage. Coolio.
  11. Happens each year. A few years ago it was only corrected on the Friday of the festival.
  12. It’s only last year it opened at 8am (for Covid checks) and previously was at lunchtime. It doesn’t take too long if there is a queue but they are pretty efficient. You can always just take your tents and tickets in for the first run and go back for other stuff later - you don’t have to go through the same checks once you have got your wristbands.
  13. Thank you. Great to know.
  14. Any experience with Vodafone at Latitude? I’ve been many times before and I’ve had phones on the EE network which worked well. Just wondering what Vodafone is like there? cheers
  15. Thanks. They were great. I thought the frontman was going to nut someone at the beginning, but that all changed.
