I used the support feature in the app to ask them a question but it then just asked me to fill my e-mail in so I'm not sure how quickly its going to be resolved. I only have until tonight 😕

I recently deleted my AccessTicket app and having now re-downloaded it, I don't have access to my ticket or the option to buy an earlybird for next year. Does anybody know how to solve this issue? I've tried inputting my code that came with my QR code but it's saying I've already used it. But there's also no way to recover my ticket.

Does anybody know of any bars near Plaça d'Espanya showing the Scotland/Ukraine game tomorrow night?

Now that we need the app/QR code for entry, what happens in the case of a lost/broken phone? I'm assuming a screenshot given to friend could work but then you would need to arrive on-site at the same time (I'm going in a group and it's not unlikely I'll want to head to the festival earlier than them). Unlikely scenarios but adding to the existing anxiety.

What's the difference between the travel certificate version and the standard one?

I thought that it was only the midweek venues that had separate tickets being sold for them. Is there something similar happening with the Bits area? There's a few things on most days in the Bits area I plan on seeing and then a couple of days where there's 4 or 5 things. A lot of these are towards the end of the night and I'll rarely, if ever, need to go from Bits to Mordor between two gigs. Could the separate ticketing thing interfere with this at all? Also, what's a realistic walking time from Mordor to Bits? I went in 2019 but don't remember how long it took. Thanks

I've heard some people say that they clear the auditori after each gig. I'm planning to see Low and then Autechre (with my priority being Autechre) so I'm wondering if they do clear the venue, is it possible I'll have to leave/queue again and risk missing Autechre? Am I correct in saying the two razzmataz venues and two apolo venues are both part of the same entry? ie. I won't have to commit to one part of the venue. Are there any other venues which are like this?

Does anybody know if it's too late to sign up to the Houghton pre-sale? Or am I best just refreshing at 9 for a general sale ticket? Finally, does anybody know the pricing structure and whether they're likely to sell out quickly? Thanks
