    I had a similar scenario last year. The email that was used was "customercare@seetickets.com" The person i dealt with was Christopher Lough in Customer Relations. It was sorted, no problem. Hope that helps....

    Got East Quiet for me, the missus and daughter after around 20 mins. Called a pal to check if he'd got his - he didn't even realise the sale was on... Any case, got back in and secured East General for him. One thing I did notice was it was extremely easy to get back in after the first purchase - no holding page at all....

    Unless I'm mistaken, you only have the ability to purchase one at a time.... There isn't the option to buy multiples, even with multiple reg no's.

    You can only buy one per registration in each transaction. In previous years, you could still buy another with the same reg no.... Whether that will be "fixed" this year, who knows....

    It will most likely be per reg number (not booking ref), so you'll be fine. You could all have one each if you wanted.... Have a great time !

    All our group are going, feel so blessed. Tried and failed on Thursday, same this morning - couldn't get past the holding page. Fortunately, one member of the extended group got us in. Don't know how he does it, but it happens every year - gonna be quizzing him when I see him next which will probably be at Glasto. So happy....

    If I'm trying for others and get to the payment page, do I need to amend the "Billing Contact and Delivery Address" to my own when using my card? Is it pre-populated with lead booker?

    Any ideas why this happens - being able to still get the page and refresh after it's sold out? Could it be the holding page of doom?

    Confirmed my pre 2020 reg, but, found the "Notification of registration deletion" email in Spam folder yesterday...! WTF I thought... However, did the reg lookup and all appears OK Anyone else get the same ?
