One of our camping group who drives buys the beers for those who are arriving by coach. Then on the Thursday there is a group stroll out to his car to get the beer. It's all very civilised apart from the year when he ended up parked in what felt like the next county and it took forever to get out there.

I pulled together a list of times a few years back (there's a thread on here somewhere). It wasn't definitive and things may have changed but Taunton had coaches as early as 06:00 and as late as 15:45

It's a good point. Listening to The Scratch off the Avalon announcement, they sounded like the sort of thing I would enjoy. Watching them on YouTube shifted them up to a "must be there" act.

Yeah but it was late, I was knackered, I was largely unimpressed. Great venue that one, never really gets a mention. I have one really bad photo of it. I appear to have passed a very blury Arcadia to get there.

Last year the covers arrived a day later than this year but still didn't go up until 11th May.

Confirmation Frank is a solo show. 16:00 on the Friday.

I don't think it's giving anything away to say they are using the helicopter to make something new, it's not just a helicopter. I believe what I've been told to be true but you know, it's Arcadia, there's always the chance of a spanner in the works. Given we're over 2 months away, I wouldn't have thought they've given up on it yet.
