One last thing, do the workers in el corte ingles speak English? Just really worried I won't be able to get tickets! Do they have a special section in the store to collect tickets?
Also, am I right in thinking there is a book to and from the festival? I would be looking to get back to Madrid after Kravitz, will the bus go at that time?
Thanks everybody for your help.
Well, I suppose that not everybody talk english but you won't have too many issues to pick up the tickets. There are a special section for tickets. For example, in Sol it's in the last floor. You should ask in english, if not use some useful words:
Tickets section -> Sección de entradas
Where to pick up tickets -> Dónde recoger entradas
By the way, I suppose that El Corte Ingles website will send you an email with your order. Print a copy and if you show the paper any worker will help you easier.
Also I think that it depends of the El corte ingles, because on city center every worker should have at least a basic english level.... because of the tourist.
About the buses, it's the first Rock In Rio in Madrid, but as the website said there are a lot of buses..... It's just theory. Maybe it's better to contact the Rock In rio website asking about buses... :S If you need help, let us know
