Anyone have any idea about getting tickets? The El Corte Ingles site is very difficult to understand, only some of it is in English. I can't understand about delivery/collection- would rather collect as the format for address is very different to an Irish address so I would worry about them getting to me. Any help appreciated.......

OK....first go here:

http://www.elcorteingles.es/entradas/progr...aculo=200800112

Go to the very bottom of the page and just select "selecionar entradas"

Then choose the date you wanna go, and how many you want.

After that it basiaclly says you can either collect the tickets from any El Corte Ingles up to the day before the event or just collect them at the venue..so fairly straight forward.

It´s my birthday on the 28th June...just looked at the line up for that day, and for 50€ i don´t think i´ll bother.

Anyway, hope that helps a bit.

What a good website! haha

http://www.elcorteingles.es/entradas/progr...trTem=Concierto

Then you should select the day, click on "Aceptar". Then select the quantity ("Cantidad") of tickets and Aceptar again.

The last point is click on Aceptar again in order to accept the text at the botton: Said that you want to take the tickets from a El Corte Ingles shop but if it's the day before or the same day at the venue.

Sorry for my english, but let me know if u need some help

Looking to see Kravitz, Cornell and DYLAN! So, for anybody who has ever ordered from el corte ingles, can you collect from ANY el corte ingles store? do they have different types of stores? supermarkets, clothes shops? can you collect the tickets at any store or do you have to choose before you collect them which store you collect at?

One last thing, do the workers in el corte ingles speak English? Just really worried I won't be able to get tickets! Do they have a special section in the store to collect tickets?
Also, am I right in thinking there is a book to and from the festival? I would be looking to get back to Madrid after Kravitz, will the bus go at that time?
Thanks everybody for your help.

Well, I suppose that not everybody talk english but you won't have too many issues to pick up the tickets. There are a special section for tickets. For example, in Sol it's in the last floor. You should ask in english, if not use some useful words:

Tickets section -> Sección de entradas
Where to pick up tickets -> Dónde recoger entradas
By the way, I suppose that El Corte Ingles website will send you an email with your order. Print a copy and if you show the paper any worker will help you easier.

Also I think that it depends of the El corte ingles, because on city center every worker should have at least a basic english level.... because of the tourist.

About the buses, it's the first Rock In Rio in Madrid, but as the website said there are a lot of buses..... It's just theory. Maybe it's better to contact the Rock In rio website asking about buses... :S If you need help, let us know
