Just heard Lenny Kravitz is playing Pistoia. The first confirmed artist. It's on his website, but not on the festival website yet. Still, not a bad start. I'm hoping for a Pink Floyd/Led Zepp/Stones member to be confirmed, then I'll be happy.

How do they normally release the line up? In dribs and drabs or in full like Glastonbury usually does?

Yeah probably in dribs and drabs. I'm in Italy at the moment, so when I hear any info about who's playin I'll post it here. Otherwise the site'll probably be updated eventually.

Oh shit! I hope they're not going down the cheesy rock road! Old men in tight spandex, in 40 degree heat, singing Smoke on the Water is too much for me. Thanks for the update though!

Hmmm so we now have Lenny Kravitz, Deep Purple and Jethro Tull confirmed. It's a shit line-up compared to previous years

Ok got a few more confirmed acts, on top of Lenny Kravitz and Deep Purple. None are that amazin really. It's a disappointing year: Jethro Tull, John Lee Hooker Jr and Johnny Winter.
Johnny Winter's the only really legendary name, one of the best guitarists alive (one of Hendrix's favourites).
