I have booked myself into lethangie for the thursday night also called the police to check what time the car park was going to be open the lovely gentleman said there were going to be officers there from 6:30 am so i plan to be at the gates for the car park around 6:45 am

Don't listen to Paul. He's only joking. The site opens Thursday at around 5pm. You can get set-up and be ready for the Friday. It's because they are having acts on the Friday night now.

Instead of coming on here and asking the same question for a hundredth time, why not use the search facility or even check on the official TITP site.. all the questions are there with answers

1st of all, Welcome to the madness.

2nd of all, if you want proof that the site will be opening at 9am on the fri then read the small print of your ticket. It should say that campsite opens at 9am Fri, with main arena (the bit where bands play) opening at 4pm and then it should say that the campsite closes at noon on the monday.
