Full Version: WHY THE TICKET MADNESS?
why is it always a brawl for T tickets and there is still V festival tickets on sales just now??? they have a smaller capacity, just as good a line-up (if not better!) and a larger population!!!!!! it doesnt make sense!!!!!
T in the Park is a more popular festival.

May be similar line-ups but I think the atmosphere you get at T is just so pheonominal that everyone wants a piece!!

I'd imagine that just like all festival goers in Scotland see T in the Park as the holy grail of festivals, English people save up for Glastonbury.

i went in 2005, nee crack at all on the campsite
we were getting some right dodgy looks, all we were doing was sitting up getting pissed and having a laugh!

I've been to T the last two years and I went to V (Chelms) for the first time last year. V doesn't come close to T, the atmosphere is f**king top draw at T. V is way to small, the size of the tents are a joke. If you wanna see a good band you need to get in there 20 mins before they start. They're greedy as f**k, they squeeze as many people they can into the arena. I hope T isn't following suit since they have extended the capacity by 5000, I hope they are extending the size of the arena to.
I'm not just into big name bands, I love smaller up and coming bands to and their is always some one to go see at T. At V I struggled sometimes to find a band I wanted to go see. V is aimed at people who listen to the radio 1 chart show, T is for people who love and know there music.
