Jimi Hendrix is the greatest stage prescence ever to exist. Roger Daltrey and Robert Plant get an honourable mention.

To be fair, he's nowhere near the greatest frontman ever, but he does have stage presence and "star quality", whatever that is. In a world of identikit bands and nonentities, Liam does stand out from the crowd to an extent.

Liam Gallagher is what happens when you give an idiot millions of pounds. To say he is a good frontman is laughable. How many sober shows has he done? You could count them in both your hands.
