If anyone has a weekend ticket please PM me. Can't get down til Thursday night due to work so I doubt even the touts will still be out trying to extort.

I have a weekend ticket. Unfortunately for you I'll be using it to get into the festival on Thursday morning. . Maybe you should ask for a spare ticket.

Pointless reply I know but I'm sick of all the begging threads. Maybe we should turn them into interviews - so what makes you more worthy of a ticket than the other 50 people who've posted over the last couple of weeks?

it would be better for you all if it was similar to the glasto ticket system. touts can't do anything with them and nobody can beg for tickets on here.

I'm not even going, having been to Glasto and V this year, but given that all of the Leeds tickets have been bought by touts and being sold for ridiculous prices on ebay, I see nothing wrong with asking on a forum if there are any tickets available.
If you don't want to hear about people asking for tickets, don't read the thread or waste your time posting a reply. Arseholes!

I was at Glasto this year as well and agree with III about having that system for every festival, would go some way towards putting an end to touting of festy tickets. It would also negate the need to only send them out a couple of days before the festy.

We always go to the fest on Fri morning..pass loads of touts on the roadside on the route there,so failing everything else I reckon you'll get a ticket off a tout..but try the box office first.
