Hi all, i have a mate coming up from london on thursday evening for the fest but he has got roped into working so isnt going to be in leeds centre till 830-9ish, i thought with traffic that would be a bit late to be aiming over to bramham park. we have got a very generous group of friends taking our tents over on wednesday and setting them up for us. my question is really... if we go out in headingley for a few bevvies then decide to aim over in a cab after we have had a skinful will we still be able to get in sort of 1 ish in the morning?

yeh, you can get in any time.. well.. i have been. We got there a couple of times around about midnight/1am and everthing was fine. Good your tent will be already set up, tent putting up in the dark is not good!

We can't get there until about 8.00 - 8.30 on the Thursday but that fine. There is plenty of light at that time to set up and it means you can have a relaxed morning on the Friday instead of driving and possibly queing

yeah sorry meant get he gets to leeds city station at 8- 8-30 we would still have all traffic to fight against on a coach over to bramham after that, I was thinking it would be more chilled out to go to headingley for a bit

also anyone know how much a cab from town / headingley would be to the fest?

my girlfriend got in at 5:30 on thursday morning. so i guess it's open most of the time.
