has anybody heard any info about bands playing on the thurs again? forward russia were ace last year. and has anybody heard of any bands lined up to play on the topman unsigned stage. my mate has told me Pulled Apart by horses are playing. hope so, the f**king rock!!

A thursday stage hasn't been anounced and I dont think there was one at Reading last year. The one last year at Leeds was done by dance to the radio, so if they did it again the lineup would be very specific to bands on that label.

I'd only go if he was doing readings from Thomas The Tank Engine.

Broken Records are playing Leeds Thursday according to their myspace

Our Fold are probably playing the BBC Introducing Stage (which replaces the unsigned stage)

also was it no comply who did that night in 04? i have a vague memory for the thursday nights as theyv all been messy.

2006 was Enter Shikari. I remember them having absolutely awful sound, but I'm not a fan anyway

ahh yes and was followed by sikth, athough that wait for sikth was horrendous so i decided to put a halt to my lack of drunkeness.

Me 2 but i was wasted during enter shikari, some guy dropkicked me in the pit. Through silence in 2004 were the best thrusday band

was that the band on before no comply? was my first band i saw at a festival n never knew who they were. i do remember going into their pits with blue jeans and coming out with brown ones (soil from the ground before ya think otherwise lol)

Pretty sure Grammatics are headlining the Thursday DTTR showcase this year.

In fact, its; Grammatics, Dinosaur Pile-Up, The Wallbirds, Broken Records and Wintermute.

Not as good as last years, by a long way.

We played with Wintermute a couple of times, nice guys, great live as well.

I've always found that their recordings don't do them enough justice so you'd all best go and see them live on the Thursday!!!
