I was wondering if anyone had any pictures of two guys(me and this random) waiting to crash into each other during rage.
There was a big build to it(about 10 yards of running room and about 30 seconds waiting for the chorus) and I saw loads of people taking pictures/videos of it on their phones and cameras. It was in the massive pit just off the centre and the pit was cleared just for us two.
The outcome wasn't good - got dumped tackled onto my back but it was all good

Thought I'd asked in the odd chance that someone witnessed my buttkicking.

I was wearing a black t-shirts, dark blue jeans and massive black wellies with a lumy green sole (might have been covered in muck). I have short hair and I'm big lad. He had a jacket and 3/4 length jeans-short thing with sorta spikey hair.

That's all I can remember really.

That was a good pit, i floored a 10 year old, feel so tough.

Aye, he was in my bro's year and i met him that morning and had a gs chat.
The pit I was in was massive but he definately wasn't in the one I was in.

I was in one that nearly centre of the golden circle thing.

there was so many pits, i kept moving between them all. For the encore i moved down to the barrier and crowd surfed over during killing in the name. Good times!

Our moshpit was the totally wildest thing there. After getting bored of running into each other several of us started hitting ourselves over the head with empty bottles of Buckfast. That got boring so started eating each others excrement. It was totally mad dude.





(I just made that up as I too have no idea in the point in a moshpit)

RATM was one of the friendliest pits ive ever been in, people getting picked up etc.. usually punches are thrown, didnt see one.

Iv heard someone say (who isnt into moshing btw) they somehow ended up in the middle of a pit by mistake and everyone was punching each other unsure exactly what happened but they ended up punchin this big guy he just stood there vocally growling & screaming again yyyyeeesss again so guy punches him again he screams again again hes like feck this im off an got out of there quick as

I used to work with a wee guy that came in to work with broken fingers, black eyes etc etc. He loved a mosh pit that boy.

I'm not bashing moshing , each to their own and all that. Was just curious about the arm swinging thing so thought I'd ask.

That's usually the moves of someone who is into hardcore electric music and stuff.

The real pit-goers would never throw a punch unless it was to a w*nker who threw one first.

It looks violent, mostly is, but everyone looks out for each other and picks up someone when they fell or sorts them out if they are injured.

hardcore dancers are mostly asses some look stupid aye but there having fun will keep there distance and make sure they dont hurt anyone nae bother with those guys its the gimps who think its great to run in arms swinging and actually hit you i was attacked by a few of these at the blackout at relentless they used fists i jsut used a simple but effective shove to deck em! pit generaly arent to violent few bruises and really tirering but you wont punch anyone its not fun!

Any pits ive been in consist mainly of jumping into people, shoulder or back first, ive never been properly hurt, and I don't know anyone that has, I usually escape with minor bruises, but thats what can be expected. I've never seen puches being thrown or people getting kicked. I reckon the scottish crowd is sensible enough not to trample on any poor soul that has fallen over. I always help people up, and I'm always helped up if I fall over.

I joined the moshpit a few times. You gota take part in a moshpit once in ur life i feel. was actually surprised how "civilised" the pit was, I was expecting people to b throwing punches and evrything!

hardcore dancing is a load of shite for gay scene kids who think their cool

moshing however, is VERY fun.
