I am guessing there will be a lot of people computer sitting on the 4th October 09 waiting for that hand on the clock to turn to 9am will our nerves stay in control or will our nerves fall apart :( :b :( :P link: :(
I get the hand shakes when trying to purchase tickets and cannot control my damn fingers even the deep breaths in and out does not work on ticket day but this year will be even worse as i am guessing there will be more people after tickets because of the 40th anniversary..

Your better off with one just one page and keep refreshing that, it take just as quick as swapping between tabs and won't reduce your connection speed in anyway(Depends how their servers are set up). But yes mostly just keep refreshing that one tab is a better option.

God - I so identify with these posts!

Will be at my parents' house that weekend - they're coming for the first time in 2010 - at 60 years old!

So, I said I'd go home and buy all the tickets at once. =)

8.59am... refreshing.... heart pumping.......

On my way to Cyprus. Was thinking about buying them while abroad......but have read all info about International ticket sales and a debit card is no use as i dont own a credit card. Wouldnt trust anyone else doing it for me in UK. Wait til I get back on 11th. Slightly concerned but should be fine.

I would be very surprised if you would need to be that worried. This is happening far too early for the masses. If last year was anything to go by, then getting tickets should be straight forward.

Time for the sweats. This year we'll be camper vaning (well actually trailer tenting but the price is the same - an extra £75) and you can't buy a campervan ticket till you've paid in full for at least one ticket. So I'll have to stump up the whole lot on October 4th while my mates can get away with just the £50 deposit.
Start checking the bank account to make sure there's enough to cover the lot.

I think a sign of how mad it will be, will be how busy this site gets in the lead up to the 4th.

Its amazing. climb Mount Kinabalu if you can... the diving is spectacular... (you need a special license to dive there), and we went to Sepilok to see the orangs and proboscus's. I'd go back tomorrow. I'm soooooooooo jealous. xx

Assuming you've a wired/wireless home network, there's no point trying to use 2 computers. It over complicates the effort you have to put in and won't help get access as you're effectively hitting seetickets from the one IP address from your isp.
