Weyfest

22-10-2009

Over the many years the festival has been running it has raised thousands of pounds for many charities despite the fact that the numbers attending had to be restricted because it was held in the grounds of various local pubs.

For 2007, the festival is a much larger and longer event, running over two days with two outdoor stages plus an indoor acoustic stage. In 2010 it expanded to a three day event.

Weyfest is held at The Rural Life Centre, Farnham. This beautiful 10-acre site is home to around 40,000 artefacts of village life from 1800 - 1960 housed in reconstructed historic buildings amongst field and woodland, including an arboretum of over 100 tree species from around the world.
