Swanage Folk Festival 2011
A friendly weekend festival with events held at a variety of venues around the town including pubs, clubs, a church and a festival marquee. The festival also features dance displays, concerts, crafts, workshops, children's activities, trade stands, and sessions. Many events are free including street processions and dance displays.

First acts confirmed are Colvin Quarmby, Something Nasty in the Woodshed, Martin Simpson, Tom McConville & David Newey, The Watch, Mary Jane, Scarecrow, The Bounty Hounds, New Scorpion Band, Wendy Arrowsmith, Gordon Potts, Will Hall, Andy Stone, PJ Wright, and Kitty Vernon and Derek Burgess.Saturday and Sunday afternoons are expected to feature a craft fair, and a range of free bands.

The early bird offer has ended. Tickets are on sale, priced at £50 for an adult, Children tickets (aged 6-16 yrs) priced at £25, and 5's and under FREE.
