Summer Sundae Weekender 2007

The 2007 date is confirmed as Friday 10th to Sunday 12th August.
The Summer Sundae Weekender - into it's seventh year - is now established as a three day festival. It features internationally known and cutting edge artists on stages both indoor and outdoor, and with full camping facilities, plus the eFestivals Cabaret Tent.
The headline acts are confirmed as The Magic Numbers, Divine Comedy, Spiritualised Acoustic Mainlines, and Echo and the Bunnymen, with !!!, The Rumble Strips, Duke Special, Gruff Rhys and many more also confirmed - click here for the details to-date. Tickets are on sale priced at £85 for the three days. Camping costs £5 per tent, and under-16s cost £20 for the three days. Under-5s are free, but must have a ticket. Click here to buy, or call the box office on 0116 2333 111.
Getting There
By Car: De Montfort Hall is situated at the top of Regent Road on the edge of Victoria Park. Located just one mile south of Leicesters city centre, the Hall is well signposted on the inner ring road. If using the M1 come off at Junction 21 and follow the signs for the outer ring road (Leicester South and East), turning left along the A50 or A6 when signposted. Parking is available on the edge of Victoria Park.
By Train: Leicesters train station is on the Intercity Midland Mainline, just over an hour from London. The station is on London Road (A6) and is only a 10 minute walk away from the Hall. To book tickets online click here.
