A large car park is available on the Western side of the monument, opening up at 8pm the night before and closing at 9am the following day..

Expect lots of police, but if you're not doing anything wrong and aren't driving a bus they'll probably leave you alone.

Sunrise is at about 4:50am. No one is permitted to stay after 9am.
