Stockton Riverside Fringe Festival 2010

The 10th Stockton Riverside Fringe Festival takes place from Friday 30th July to Sunday 1st August and runs alongside the Stockton International Riverside Festival.

Line-up

Acts confirmed for this year's fringe events are Calvin Harris who will headline Saturday night, with British Sea Power Goldheart Assembly, John Power, Justin Currie, Human League, Lightning Seeds, and Mercury Rev, with many more still to be announced. The Fringe will once again feature its Main Stage, the Loosely Acoustic Stage, a Comedy Stage and events within Stockton Cultural Quarter - in and around TMA's own venue, The Georgian Theatre.

The comedy tent this year welcomes Sarah Millican and Ivan Brackenbury as part of a galaxy of rising and established stars of the international comedy circuit.

Other acts include Akademi – Sufi Zen, Atempo Circ, Bad Taste Cru, Bash Street Theatre, Cie 1 Watt, Circus of Horrors, Cirqu'lation Locale, Commandos Percu, Compagnie Albedo, David Moreno, Ex Nihilo, Fairly Famous Family, Fidget Feet, Frenetic Engineering, Fuel, Gravity & Levity, Jack Drum Arts, Sound Sculptures, Just Jam International, Kuljit Bhamra, Le Muscle, Le Ratatouille Theatre, Les Apostrophes, Les Ateliers Denino, Luci Gorell Barnes, Match Theatre, Metro Boulot DoDo, Orkestra Del Sol, Pen-Ultimate, Pif-Paf, Polish Dance Theatre, Prodigal Theatre, Ragroof Theatre Company, StopGAP Dance Company, Teatro KA, The Chipolatas, The Strangelings, Wet Picnic, and Wired Aerial Theatre.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
