This collection of small festivals in the same place at the same time is going to continue. The focus of Sidmouth Folk Week 2006 will again be in the centre of town and on the seafront.

Festival Season Tickets and Family Season Tickets are on sale, and the full programme and individual event tickets will become available in May.

The festival spreads into several venues throughout the town with a wide range of concerts, dances and workshops to choose from. There are likely to be lots of different events over 8 days including international music and dance spectaculars, concerts, ceilidhs, workshops, processions, craft fair, a themed children's festival with plenty of craft activities, fun and games, and workshops.
