A new location and name for the Bridgnorth Folk Festival.
The Shrewsbury Folk Festival will be a four day event, with entertainment for all age groups, celebrating the tradition of folk music and dance from the UK and around the world.
Confirmed acts include Loudon Wainwright III, Eliza Carthy Band & The Rat Catchers, Oysterband, Shooglenifty, Vin Garbutt, and more. Click here for details.

As well as the two fully-seated stages in Quarry Park, there will also be an Open Mic marquee, ceilidhs, a dance display area, childrens and youths events, singarounds, workshops, plus opportunities to 'Meet the Artist'. There are also many events taking place in the town of Shrewsbury itself.
CAMPING
The Quarry site is now full but there are still places left in the County Ground Camping Area at £6 per adult.
