La Route Du Rock is held in St. Malo, Brittany in France. The festival runs from Thursday the 14th to Saturday the 16th of August.

The event lasts three days, attracts around twenty five thousand festival goers, and promises bands and musicians on three stages.

Acts confirmed for the Thursday so far are The Breeders, The Do, Fuck Buttons, Tindersticks, Foals, and Cold War Kids.

Performing on the Friday are Sigur Ros, Why?, The Notwist, Bowerbirds, Adam Kesher, and Pivot.

Acts on the final day are as follows, The Ting Tings, Poni Hoax, and Midnight Juggernauts.
