The three-day long Rock Ness offers an eclectic selection of bands in a beautiful location on the banks of Loch Ness near Inverness, in Scotland. Now in its eighth year the festival will return in 2013 from Friday 7th to Sunday 9th June.

Line-up

Latest additions are SNAFU will present Fenech-Soler, Hernan Cattaneo, Mimosa, Bigfoot's Tea Party, and of course their own Snafu DJs will be in attendance with Fud, Greg Gibb, Si Smith, and DimBee. Also confirmed are London Grammar, Public Service Broadcasting, The Correspondents, Jacob Banks, Fatherson, The Boy Who Trapped The Sun, Clouds, Vector Lovers, Rubylux, The Ramona Flowers, The Little Mill Of Happiness, Toby Michaels Rolling Damned, Filth DJs, Them & Us, Niteworks, and Jemma Tweedie.

Tickets

The super early bird offer has ended. Tickets are priced at £139 (Student, Payment Plan in three instalments, and Inverness Discount Tickets), with the standard price of £149 for a weekend with or without camping. Alcohol

Those aged over 18 can take a reasonable level for personal consumption into the campsite, however it must be taken in on first entry to the festival. Should you go back to you car or leave the festival site again you are not permitted to bring more alcohol back in with you.

Times

Rock Ness also enables festival goers to park and camp directly beside the Arena. Campsites are likely to open at 10am on the Friday, with the Nesstival area opening as normal in the afternoon and offering a diverse weekend of entertainment.
