Boardmasters takes place over five days from Wednesday 10th to Sunday 14th August 2016 at a cliff-top location overlooking Watergate Bay, and Fistral Beach.

Boardmasters is held on two sites near Newquay offering action sports including surf, skate, bmx, plus daily live music acts and the music festival.

Tom Curren, Ady Suleiman, and DJ Format & MC Abdominal are Wednesday's beach session. Thursday’s line-up is Betty The Shark, Pat Smith and headliners Sunset Sons. Tickets for the Beach Sessions are sold separately, priced at £15 (sold under add ons in ticket link).

The festival offers five days of surf competition at Fistral Beach and a weekend of live music on the stunning headland, Watergate Bay.

An adult weekend ticket for 4 days is priced at £164 with camping. A five day ticket with camping has sold out and was priced at £174. VIP, Day tickets (Saturday sold out), non-camping, and parking car pass tickets also available. Children aged 7 years and under can attend free but require a ticket.

Tickets for the Beach Sessions are priced separately.

World Surf League

The surf competition will this year be included as part of the World Surf League qualifying series. Featuring as a Qualifying Series event, Boardmasters will host the Boardmasters international competitors for the Men’s Open, the Boardmasters Women’s Open and the Boardmasters Men’s and Women’s Longboard contests.
