Rhythm Festival

02-12-2008

Rhythm Festival started in 2006 with an aim to be different from other outdoor music festivals, by being smaller (capacity 5,000), friendlier and geared towards the customer. It had two music stages with classic acts and a few new names, plus a funfair, an alternative therapy field, real ales, ciders, wines, cream teas, children's entertainment, and more.

It's held on a 'semi-permanent' festival site which includes some flush toilets (augmented by portaloos), and proper roads and paths. The arena is a drained grassy ampitheatre and many attractions are housed indoors.
