Quest Festival is now in its 16th year takes place for Thursday 7th until Sunday 10th July at Newton Abbot Racecourse, in Devon. One of the South West's favourite festivals, The Quest Natural Healing Show is a mix of Natural Health Show and Healing Festival it has workshops, trade stands, children's activities and lunchtime and evening music performances. With 5000 visitors over 3 days its small enough to feel at home and big enough to have an exciting variety of speakers, workshops and bands. Many come back year after year to delight in the atmosphere and meet friends. The festival is offering one lucky e-festivals reader the chance to win two camping tickets to Quest 2011. The evening music line-up includes Seize the Day and Praying for the Rain both making welcome returns. Lucinda Drayton from Bliss plays with a new line-up and Jewels will lead an ecstatic Dance session. There are new sounds in blue grass and sacred music.

There will be their usual full programme of workshop delights with body work tasters in shiatsu, thai massage, craniosacral etc plus didj lessons, whole camp drumming jamborees, chanting and angel healing to name but a few. This year they have sessions on Biodanza and Tantra every day so this is a perfect opportunity for those who want to go deeper into dance or the healing power of tantra. David Hamilton will talk on his new book 'The Contagious Power of Thinking , Barbara Meiklejohn-Free leads her shamanic journeys, Malcolm Stern works with The Courage to Change and Christa Mackinnon leads a session on Remembering the Goddess. Helen Sheard leads a workshop in how to weave and tell your own stories and the editor of Kindred Spirit talks on her book 'The Brilliant book of Calm'.

Over 120 exhibitors showcase local artists and craft workers, therapists, authors and the latest developments in health products.

There will be a programme of creative kids activities – circus skills, yoga, henna painting etc and crèche; the Wise Women Marquee is there again as a haven of peace and tranquility. The Sustainability Tent will focus on Embercombe, the event's local social enterprise, who have engaging, fun activities planned such as 'Taste which lettuce leaf' and talks on easy ways to grow your own food. There are also other local initiatives to encourage visitors to get involved in sustainable living such as carbon composting, the Transition movement and hopefully Dream for Green, a local company with cycle powered machinery showing us how much energy our everyday gadgets need.

There's also a chance to try Thai delicacies, French crepes, chai café, luscious cakes and local organic produce transformed into quiches, pies, soups.

There are outside performers to entertain, lunchtime concerts and gong sound baths to chill out to.
 So, come and meet up with your friends and delight in the atmosphere of joy, healing, celebration and well-being. It's possible to come for the day or camp on site for the whole weekend.

Taking place on Newton Abbot Racecourse the site is easily accessible by public transport and there is free parking if you do come by car.

The advance tickets have stayed the same price as 2010 so book early and take advantage of the deal.
