Portsmouth Multicultural Festival is a FREE event that takes place on Sunday 6th September from 10am-6pm with the aim of celebrating life and hope for everyone. The event takes place at Castle Field, in Southsea, Portsmouth and features live music from around the world.

The festival feature a line-up that includes Kasai Masai, Caché, Xothermix, Reactor 1, and 21st Century Dub Clash. Plus, a national costume parade, Irish dancing, Thai dancers, African drumming, Flamenco, Bollywood Songs, belly dancing, Dholl drumming, and more.

As well as music the festival will have clothes stalls, ethnic crafts, advice stands, food stalls, face painting, adult and children's workshops, Latin rhythm & Salsa dance workshops, Street dance, and fun for all the family.

Although it is recommended that festival goers use public transport, parking is available at the nearby D-Day Museum car park, the Pyramid Centre car park and along the seafront.
