Oxjam, the biggest music festival in the UK, is a festival with a difference: thousands of events put on by music lovers from large-scale festivals to local sponsored busks throughout October. taking over stages, back rooms and street corners to make music and raise money for Oxfam with gigs, DJ sets, busks and much more.
Throughout October the many Oxjam events around the country will enable Oxfam to raise funds for their important work around the world.
Since 2006, more than 50,000 musicians have played to an audience of more than 1,200,000 people at over 4,000 Oxjam events, raising in excess of £2.8 million to fight poverty and improve lives.

Events include a 3 day festival in Hayle, Cornwall, a one day festival in Bath, a folk weekend in Bury St Edmunds, a 4-venue festival in Southend, and more, as well as many shorter events and gigs all around the country
The money raised from Oxjam helps Oxfam fight poverty in three ways: Emergency response, Development work, and Campaigning for change.
