John Cale has announced there will be a 50th Anniversary Celebration of The Velvet Underground & Nico, with the only European show happening on Friday 26th May 2017 outdoors at Liverpool’s iconic docklands from 7pm.
Line-up
The Velvet Underground & Nico aka The ‘Banana’ album (with artwork by Andy Warhol) will be performed by John Cale in its entirety.
Closer to the show Cale will be announcing a phalanx of high profile collaborators from across the musical spectrum to join him live on stage.

Tickets are priced at £50.
