Fairywood Festival 2014

Fairywood Festival, is a new festival, which takes place on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th August at Kelvedon Hatch, in Essex.

Line-up

There is music with two stages. There will be about 15 bands on the main stage over the two days and there is an second stage in the fairywood that will be acoustic and story tellers and comic acts.

Performers include Twinkle's Wings, Pentacle Drummers, Freyja Faery, Tara Fae & Sparkle Facepainting, Felicity Fyr Le Fay, Gypsy Pysky, Eld Fae, Sally Starr Fae, Laura Daligan, Glittertastics, The Moss Troopers,Jeremy Hill Andy Stevens, Amy Prike, Hayley Rust, Ancestor Leathercrafts, Jordan Reyne, Pink 'n Ruby, Jo Quail, Autorotation, Seventh Harmonic, Madam, Raf and O, Cauda Pavonis.

The early bird offer has ended. Weekend tickets are priced at £38, a child (aged 5-13 years) ticket is priced at £34. Children aged under 5 years can attend for free. An early bird Weekend Family Ticket (2 Adult 2 Children) is priced at £98. There is limit camping space which must be booked in advance at a price of £10.

Fairywood Festival Gathering of fairies, trolls, goblins and all magical creatures will have a very large amont for things happening for kids of all ages over a magical weekend.

On site will be a Sculpture Park, Arts & Crafts areas for children of all ages, story tellers, Fairy Queen, Music, live bands, Troll Boot Camp, Rock Wall, Caves, Face Painters, Archery, Hog Roast, and fire show on both nights. Plus food stalls and a wide range arts and craft stalls. Fancy dress competitions, Wand making, TuTu Makng, Crown Making, Woodland survival skills, and more to be announced.

This site is dog friendly but they must be on a lead at all time. If you are caught not cleaning up after your dog or letting it run free you will be ask to leave the site.
