The one day Mutiny festival is a celebration of the community of punk rock, and is named after the UK punk band Goldblade's recent album. Mutiny takes place at Bridlington Spa, Bridlington, East Yorkshire on Saturday 16th May 2009.
This is an all day event (2pm until midnight) with a market place of stalls and a very strong and varied bill that encompasses old school punk, Ska and new generation UK bands.
The confirmed line-up for Mutiny is Stiff Little Fingers, Anti-Nowhere League, UK Subs, Goldblade, Sonic Boom Six, Strawberry Blondes, Random Hand, Middle Finger Salute, Comply Or Die, and Play Daisy.
Note: Neville Staple regrets to announce that his show on Saturday 16th May at the Mutiny Festival has been cancelled. This is due to The Specials having to re-schedule their sold out show at London's O2 Brixton Academy on the same night.
Neville would like to apologise to all his fans.
