Homecoming Live 2009
Homecoming Live - The Final Fling will celebrate St Andrew's weekend by taking place on Saturday 28th November throughout the various halls of Scotland's SECC.
The seated event will incorporate elements of traditional, classical and pop and features the line-up that includes:
Clyde Auditorium: Deacon Blue, The Skids,Hue & Cry, Lloyd Cole, Midge Ure, The Bluebells, James Grant, Kevin McDermott, and Tommy Reilly.
Hall 2: The View, Teenage Fanclub, The Vaselines, The Dykeenies, Codeine Velvet Club, Twin Atlantic, Idlewild, The Law, King Creosote, Pearl and the Puppets, Twilight Sad, and Alex Gardner.
Lomond Suite: Mike Scott of The Waterboys with Armadillo, Eddi Reader, Evelyn Glennie (with Philp Smith), and Dougie MacLean.
King Tuts: Friday 27th November: The Pastels + 1990'S
Saturday 28th November: Sergeant
Sunday 29th November: We Were Promised Jetpacks
Tickets are available for each venue and are priced from £20 to £35, depending on event. To buy tickets, click here.
Alongside the three distinctive events, there will be Scottish food and drink, available from the festival kitchen. Please note - this is a non-camping event, there are plenty of accommodation options in Glasgow, and doors open at 5pm.
