last updated : Fri 8th Aug 08 The Hungamunga Festival takes place at Bethnal Green, Greater London on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th September and offers arts and crafts, live music, comedy, performance art, gameshows, and more. The line-up so far: Saturday 27th September from 7pm-midnight: Natural Selection at The Gallery Cafe, 21 Old Ford Road Nizlopi, Lucy and the Caterpillar, Tallulah Rendall, Russell Joslin, Jess Bryant, Kat Flint and Thee Intolerable Kidd. Sunday 28th September from 12pm-12am: Bethnal Green Working Men's Club, Pollard Row: Stanley Brinks (aka Andre Herman Dune), The Wave Pictures, David Cronenberg's Wife, Gabby Young and Other Animals, Horsebox, Gold Sounds, Slapper, You & Me, The Budda Cakes, Off Ground Touch and Moss & Jo, as well as some surprise guests. Downstairs: comedy, songs and painting: Tom Bell and Sarah Bennetto, Jim'll's Brain, Antony Elvin, The Boycott Coca-Cola Experience, Olly The Octopus, Josie Long, Paul Foot, Terry Saunders, Pippa Evans, Luke Roberts, Liam Mullone and more.
