Applefest is Nailsea's Beer and Cider festival at the Nailsea and Backwell Rugby Club with free live music running all weekend and runs from Friday 11th until Sunday 13th July.
The event, now in its fifth year, has grown steadily. In 2007 despite the heavy rain over 5000 people came through the gate. This year's live music will be mixed ranging from covers to country to jazz and rock. No acts are confirmed yet for this year.
Advanced tickets are £6.00 which gives you a free drink and a commemorative glass beer mug. Tickets available from local outlets or from the Rugby Club (call 01275 810818).
Good food over 80 different beers and ciders and loads for kids to do.
