Rhythms of Latin America takes place from June 24th to June 25th at the Institute of Contemporary Arts in London.

The festival aims to celebrate some of the finest examples of Latino rhythms, with performances throughout both the day and night. There will also be dance workshops for anyone wanting to try their hand at salsa.

Daytime performances come from Ahmed Dickson, Maria Cena, Guillermo and the Rioplatenses, and Pagode. Night performances will come from Cordado De Ouro, La Parayera, and Paola Ortiz.

All the money raised by the festival will go towards a poverty reduction project in Latin America. The project is called CENIT - a not-for-profit school working in the slums of Ecuador to give street children a better chance at life. The money raised will help provide education, health and social services for these poverty-stricken children.

Ticket prices for the festival are £11 (£10 concessions)for a day pass, and £12 (£11 concessions) for the evening performance.
